The free seminar for citizens interested in starting or expanding small businesses has been changed to 9:00 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. in Wharton on Saturday, Sept. 22nd. in the boardroom of the Wharton Economic Development Corporation, 1944 N.Fulton St. at the Wharton Civic Center. The date had orignially been set for Sept. 8tn.
